The FL Governor's office has requested information on grants, research, and staffing going back 6 years from the University of Florida. UF is centrally assembling and providing this information.

The Florida Governor's office has requested information on grants, research, and staffing going back 6 years from all state universities and colleges, including the University of Florida [1][2].

This information includes:

  • All grants (including the proposal)
  • All published research(including preprints/public drafts)
  • Information on all positions with non-instructional roles
  • All documentation related to indirect cost recovery
  • Extensive details related to each grant/publication/position including
    • Summaries
    • Staffing and staff roles
    • Breakdowns of instructional vs non-instructional role

The first 4 items in the list were due April 18th, the additional details are due by April 30th. At UF "the burden of response is not being passed down to the faculty"[3], suggesting that the task of assembling this information is being handled centrally.
